Record of the Proceedings
A complete file of all documents, evidence, charges, and correspondence shall be retained for the record. The record shall be the property of Augustana College and it will be filed with the Dean of Students Office. Judicial records will be maintained for a period of seven calender years beyond a student's last date enrollment.
