The Elmen Center is open to Faculty and Staff as well as students. We encourage you to come over and use our facility when it is convenient for you. (If that means coming to use the weight room at 6:30am or 10pm, we are OPEN!!)

General Questions:

Can spouses use the facility?
Yes! They have the same privileges that you have.

Do my spouses/children need an I.D. card?
Yes, they can either use your I.D. card, or they can go to Campus Safety, and a Family Pass will be made.

Why do I need my I.D. card if I work here?
Just as you do not know all of the students on campus, neither do all of them know you. To be consistent and fair, we require everyone to have an I.D. card. This ensures that our faculty/staff/administration and students are able to use the facility and do not have to compete with community members.

Can spouses attend Faculty/Staff Only classes?
Excellent question! Yes, they can attend Faculty/Staff Only classes.

Can my children use the facility?
Absolutely! If they are under 16, you need to be with them, but if they are older than 16, they can come alone. They will need your I.D. or a family pass.
