Monday
12:15-12:45pm . . . Fac/Staff Circuit Weights
A 30 minute workout rotating 1 minute of arm of leg lifts and 1
minute of aerobic exercise. This class is a certain to suit all
fitness levels. Improved muscle endurance and cardiovascular fitness
are sure results of this class..
7:30pm . . . . . . .Yoga (*Students can attend*)
Enhance your inner strength, physical strength and flexibility
through the practice of Hatha Yoga, which invovles proper exercise
in the form of relaxation, prper breathing, and proper thinking/meditatino.
Each yoga session will invovle practicing breath work, stretching,
maintaining postures and end with relaxation.
Tuesday
5:15pm . . . . . . .Fac/Staff Water Aerobics
A wet workout,
in a non-weight bearing enviorment, which combines toning exercises
and aerobics routines. This class is sure to aid achy joints. Swimming
ability is not required.
Wednesday

5:15pm . . . . . . Fac/Staff Cardio Aerobics (Back Alley)
This class includes a combination of low impact, high impact, and
toning techniques to get your heart moving. Class lenth is 45 minutes
in the basement of Back Alley.
Thursday

1 minute of arm of leg lifts and 1 minute of aerobic exercise. This
class is a certain to suit all fitness levels. Improved muscle endurance
and cardiovascular fitness are sure results of this class.
