Monday
12:15-12:45pm . . . Fac/Staff Circuit Weights
A 30 minute workout rotating 1 minute of arm of leg lifts and 1 minute of aerobic exercise. This class is a certain to suit all fitness levels. Improved muscle endurance and cardiovascular fitness are sure results of this class..
