Aerobic Classes
DROP IN AEROBICS
All aerobic classes on campus are available for students,
staff, faculty, administration and their spouses. NO CLASS ENROLLMENT
IS NECESSARY!! Drop in once a week or five times a week. It is up
to you...so set your own schedule. Remember, classes are free...so
why go anywhere else!?
CARDIO AEROBICS
Designed for the intermediate or advanced level exerciser, this
class includes a combination of low impact, high impact, and toning
techniques. Class length is 60 minutes.
Hi-Low Cardio will be offered at 4pm Mondays
and Wednesdays in the basement of Tuve hall.
WATER AEROBICS
Try this wet and wonderful workout option! The water provides a
non-weight bearing environment that makes if safe for joints and
provides support for the entire body. In addition, muscle conditioning
and proper muscle balance are increased by utilizing the resistance
of the water. A combination of aerobics, circuits, intervals, strength
training, flexibility training and water jogging keep this class
fun and exciting. You will be surprised how versatile and challenging
a water workout can be! Don't miss out on the fun--come make a splash!
*Swimming ability is not required.
Faculty/Staff Water Aerobics will be offered
on Tuesdays at 5:15pm. Other Water Aerobic classes will be offered
Sundays at 8pm, Tuesdays at 8pm, and Fridays at 5pm.
WAKE-UP AEROBICS
This 40-minute class will give you the charge you’ll need
to get you through your day! A combination of aerobic moves and
toning techniques will have you feeling awake and ready for the
day. All levels are welcome!
Wake-Up Aerobics is offered on Tuesdays and
Thursdays at 7AM!
