Fitness Classes
KICKBOXING
This class is offered for an
intermediate to advanced exerciser. It emphasizes muscle control
as well as simple self-defense and overall strength. Kickboxing
uses every major muscle group in an exciting and powerful setting.
Kickboxing rotates every four weeks on Sunday at 7pm.
YOGA
Enhance your inner strength, physical strength and flexibility through
the practice of Hatha Yoga, which involves proper exercise in the
form of relaxation, proper breathing, and proper thinking/meditation.
Each yoga session will involve practicing breath work, stretching,
maintaining postures and end with relaxation. Yoga
is offered on Monday evenings at 7:30 p.m.
POWER CONDITIONING
This class is designed for the
advanced fitness level participant. It incorporates hi/low cardio,
weight training, kickboxing, and toning for an allover workout.
This class is offered on Tuesday nights at 7pm.
