Strength Classes
CIRCUIT WEIGHT TRAINING
A great class for all fitness levels,
this class combines weight training with aerobic exercise. It is
a 60-minute workout rotating 45 seconds of weight training with
90 seconds of aerobic activity. If you are interested in muscle
endurance and cardiovascular fitness, this one is for you! This
class meets in the weight room located on the second floor of the
Elmen Center.
Circuit Weight Training will be offered on
Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6:00pm for students and Monday
and Wednesday from 12:00-12:30 PM and Thursdays from 5:15-6:00 PM
for faculty and staff only.
