Catch The Fever

The campus recreational program provides the entire college community with a number of benefits. In addition to the obvious benefits of physical fitness, it is hoped that participants will obatin from this program new and lifelong friends, self-satisfaction and enjoyment, lifelong leisure time skills, and social and ethical qualities. Opportunities to obtain these benefits are available through formal and informal activities. These activities encompass team sports, individual and dual sports, competitive and noncompetitive activities, and a variety of fitness programs.
