RESCHEDULE REQUEST FORMS
To reschedule a game, a reschedule request form must be turned in at least 2 days prior to the originally scheduled contest. Click here to access the rescheduling form online, or stop by the Recreational Services front desk. Contact the Intramural Coordinator at 5002 to obtain a list of available rescheduling times.

FORFEITS
A forfeit will be declared if a team does not have the required number of players present at game time, or if one team member is not present at the playing site at least 15 minutes before the scheduled game time. In order to claim a forfeit, the opposing team must have the number of players required to start a game - present and ready to play.

DEFAULTS
Teams which anticipate problems fielding a team for a scheduled contest may contact the Recreational Services Department (4637) at least 2 hours prior to game time to be credited with a default. A loss will be assessed for a default, but it will not count as a forfeit. If a team defaults twice they will be assessed a forfeit. POSTPONEMENTS
Postponements due to field and/or weather conditions will be made by the Recreational Services Department. Teams scheduled to play that day should call the Recreational Services Department at 4637 to find out if scheduled games are being played.
