Becky Schulz

Hometown: Westbrook, MN

Major: Nursing

Siblings: Matt: 28, John: 24, David: 20

Which swimming levels do you most like to teach? Parent Tot, Tots, Preschool, Levels 1-6. ALL of them! :o) I like being able to teach skills that can be used for a lifetime!

Favorite place to swim: the ocean--I love riding the waves.

Dream job: Besides nursing, I would love to be a National Geographic photographer.

How old were you when you learned to swim? I've been swimming since I was a little baby.

 

Jenni Wilkes

Which swimming levels do you most like to teach? Level 1

Siblings: One 15-year-old sister

Favorite place to swim: The Gulf of Mexico

Dream job: Pediatrician

How old were you when you learned to swim? 6 months

 

Lexey Horkey

Hometown: Heron Lake, MN

Major: Government/International Affairs

Which swimming levels do you most like to teach? Levels 3 & 4 - easy interaction with students at an enjoyable age

Favorite place to swim: Windom, MN outdoors during the summer.

Dream job: Corrections Agent for the US government

Laura Wiebelhaus

Hometown: Hartington, NE

Major: Elementary Education

Which swimming levels do you most like to teach? Preschool- They're fun and so excited to be there and ready to try and learn.

Siblings: Jamie: 25, Cal: 23, Phil: 17

Favorite place to swim: In Hartington at the pool. :o)

Dream job: I would love to be a stay at home mom with a greenhouse in the summer.

How old were you when you learn to swim? I've been in the pool since I was little--mayble 4 years old.

 

Libby Frost

Major: Psychology/ Sociology

Which swimming levels do you most like to teach? Preschool 1 & 2 - I love to see little kids getting excited about swimming & skills. Also level 3- teaching front crawl and the basics for other strokes.

Favorite place to swim: The water park I work at in Red Wing.

Dream job: a host on the Today Show

How old were you when you learned to swim? I have been around the water my whole life!

 

Zac Deutsch

Which swimming levels do you most like to teach? I don't have a favorite. I love kids and helping them become good swimmers.

Favorite place to swim: the ocean

Dream job: to be a pediatrician and run a children's hospital

What swimming levels do you most like to teach? Toddlers & level 5 or 6- Little kids are so fun, but I like working with the more advanced swimmers too!

Dream job: being a pastor at an inner-city church

What swimming levels do you most like to teach? Preschool 2 & Levels 1 & 2 because they're starting to be independent, not afraid of the water, and I can see real progress every week.

What swimming levels do you most like to teach? I love all levels. However, 4 & 6 are the most challenging! I love that!

What swimming levels do you most like to teach? Level 3 and Level 6 because most of the stuff is improving strokes, and there isn't a ton of new stuff to teach.

Favorite place to swim: Outer Banks, NC

What swimming levels do you most like to teach? Preschool or Level 1. It's fun to see how much they progress, and they are always excited and have a lot of energy.

Favorite place to swim: at the lake or in the ocean

Dream job: being a traveling nurse

What swimming levels do you most like to teach? Preschool Level 1, Levels 4 & 5. They are fun ages, and I'm used to them.

Favorite place to swim: nice, clean lakes and Evan's Plunge

Dream job: scuba diver
