Point System
The purpose and intent of the work-study point system is to provide an evaluation tool which gives the supervisor and staff member information about the staff member's weaknesses and strengths. The point system provides objective information about the staff member's job performance throughout the year. The supervisor is then able to meet with the staff member and address areas where improvment is needed and also recognize outstanding performance in other areas.
