Costello Apartments

Costello Hall is a three story facility located at the corner of 33rd and Grange, in the southwest corner of the Augustana College campus. The complex has 22 tenant units, seven of which are two bedroom units. Included in each apartment are a living room, kitchen (stove and refrigerator), bathroom and adequate closet space. Also provided in each apartment is carpet, draperies and air-conditioning. The hall is secured with a security system, has laundry facilities and off-street parking.

Residence Requirements

Adult Learner Housing offers married couples, single parent families and students who are 23 years and older on-campus apartments at a very reasonable rate. Students must be enrolled full-time and must reside together with their spouse and/or child. Pets are not permitted. Adult Learner Activities and events are planned throughout the year to permit families with opportunities to meet and socialize.

Rent

Monthly rent is billed directly to the student accounts. Rent can be paid monthly or at the beginning of each semester. Rent includes heat, water, local telephone, and trash/recycling pick-up. Residents are responsible for electricity, long distance phone charges, and if they choose, cable television. Residents of Costello Hall who park the car on college property must purchase a parking permit.

Telephones with local access are included with each apartment. Cable television access is available at the renter's request. Mail boxes are located in the main entrance.
