BYLAWS OF THE AUGUSTANA CLUB VOLLEYBALL TEAM

Article I: Name
The name of this organization is Augustana Volleyball Club.

Article II: Object
To provide students, both men and women, with the opportunity to improve their volleyball skills and play competitively within the community and the surrounding areas.

Article III: Membership
Membership will be available exclusively to all Augustana students.

Article IV: Officers
The club will be lead by 2 student leaders who will assume the responsibility of handling the club meetings, finance, organization, practice/responsibility of handling the club meetings, finance, organization, practice/tournament schedules, and any other duties that the club deems necessary.

Article V: Faculty Sponsor
The Augustana Volleyball Club will choose its faculty advisor who will serve until he or she or the volleyball club deems otherwise.

Article VI: Meetings
Meetings may be held period8ically as deemed necessary by the co-leaders and/or faculty advisor.

Article VII: Amendments
These bylaws may be amended as deemed by the Augustana Volleyball Club by majority. The advisor and leaders count as one vote each. The governing body of the ASA will be informed immediately of any changes.
