Safety and Public Health
The safety and well-being of our guests is always our highest priority. To maintain a healthy and enjoyable environment for performers, players, staff and guests, we ask that you please stay home if you are showing any, have tested positive for COVID-19 symptoms, or have been in recent contact with someone who tested positive.
Many of our events offer online viewing or recorded options. Please contact the school of music, theatre department or the athletics office to learn more about alternative viewing options.
Refunds and Exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets, except in the case of a cancelled event or act of God.
We are mindful of the ever changing COVID-19 crisis and will do our best to work with guests to address ticketing options in the event of a COVID-19 health issue. Please contact the school of music, theatre department or the athletics office if you need assistance.
Latecomers
Please be aware that all events start promptly at the time indicated on the ticket. To minimize disruptions, patrons arriving after curtain time will be seated at a suitable interval in the program as designated by the usher(s). We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to performances to find parking, use the facilities and to take your seat before the event begins.

Electronic Equipment Policy
Please turn off all pagers, cellular phones, personal organizers, watch alarms, and other sound-emitting devices before the performance. Cameras and recording equipment are strictly prohibited.
Augustana Employees
Augustana faculty, staff, and retirees may receive two free tickets with their Augustana ID for many campus events, including music events at the Washington Pavilion. Yearly exceptions include, but are not limited to: Vespers, NCAA and NSIC playoff games. These tickets are intended to be used by the employee and their spouse/guest only.
If you have lost your ID card, please contact the Campus Safety Office at 605.274.4014 for a replacement card.
Dependents of current faculty and staff who are 18 years or younger, and older dependent children who are disabled, are also eligible for complimentary tickets to many campus events with a Dependent Activity Card.

Augustana Students
Current Augustana students may receive one free ticket with their Augustana ID to many Augustana events. This policy is intended for student use only. Student tickets are not to be used by anyone other than the student him/herself. Students will receive their ticket at the event.
