Mikkelsen Library

Mikkelsen Library is named for Amund Mikkelsen, the first principal of the Lutheran Normal School. The original structure was built in 1954 and was more than doubled in size in 1980.

In addition to over 250,000 bound volumes and access to over 3,000,000 via the South Dakota Library Network, the 56,000 square foot facility also contains the College's Instructional Media Services and a computer lab.
