Contact Brady for help with: Admissions related marketing content for both undergraduate admissions and graduate/continuing education. 

Brady develops and implements admissions marketing communications to help support the various enrollment goals and initiatives at the university. He most recently served as a marketing communications coordinator with Avera Health and previously worked for the Minnesota Department of Management and Budget as a communications coordinator. Brady earned his bachelor of arts in communications and journalism from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.

Chad sorts and processes all of the university mail and delivers it across campus. Chad joined Augustana in early 2020 and comes to us from Southeastern Behavioral Health Care, where he was the purchasing officer. He has served in roles such as executive director at the Bishop Dudley House, Sioux Falls police officer and United States postal inspector in San Francisco, California.

Kami supervises the staff and daily operations at Creative Services. Along with providing graphic design, she oversees print production and post office services on campus. Kami has a bachelor of arts degree with an emphasis in graphic design and a marketing minor from Southwest Minnesota State University. She joined Augustana in 2012 as a graphic designer and transitioned to Creative Services manager in the fall of 2018. Prior to coming to Augustana, she worked in retail marketing.

Keith’s primary responsibility is to process work orders, specifically for print and/or bindery work. He collaborates with the design team to ensure all orders are processed according to specifications with quality and timeliness. He joined Augustana in 2007 and has 35 years of printing industry experience. 

Keeley Meier

Contact Keeley for help with: magazine articles, brochures, reports, website copy, internal and external communications, presentations, editing, research, brainstorming and proposals.

Keeley serves as the main writer and editor for The Augustana magazine. Her role includes researching topics, interviewing diverse individuals and crafting copy to tell their story, editing various communications across campus, writing key feature stories for augie.edu and providing strategic writing and editing support. She also collaborates on projects with photographers, videographers and graphic designers.

Keeley graduated from Augustana in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and Spanish, and a minor in English. The Minnesota native most recently served as a reporter and photographer for a local newspaper in Brandon, South Dakota.

As a recent alumna, Keeley is excited to tell the stories of Augustana students, alumni, faculty, staff and friends, share the lasting impact of being a Viking and keep you up to date on the exciting developments related to our Viking Bold: The Journey to 2030 strategic plan.

Ryan is responsible for processing all incoming and outgoing mail for the Augustana community, and to ensure mailing standards and procedures are met in a timely matter. He started working at Augustana in 2001 and became a part time employee in 2007 when he joined the Sioux Falls Fire Department. Ryan has been working in the printing industry since 1998.

As a graphic designer Peg consults and collaborates with the Augustana community to achieve their design and print needs. She is responsible for ensuring that the university’s graphic standards are executed properly in print and electronic production, and she assists in the overall production coordination at Creative Services. Peg has worked in the graphic design industry for more than 40 years — more than 20 of those years have been at Augustana University.

Daniel grew up in Sioux Falls with his debut in film and video production when he was just two years old. Since then, he has been both in front of and behind the camera. In 2012, he began directing his own films and now co-owns and operates After Hours Pictures. Daniel also co-founded Hazard Film Project, a nonprofit arts organization dedicated to creating and advocating diversity and inclusion in film. Graduating from Augie in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology and a minor in philosophy, Daniel returned to his alma mater to serve as videographer/editor in 2020.

Jill is the primary public relations contact on behalf of the university — building relationships with local, regional and specialty/trade/academic news media. In addition to proactive pitching and outreach, she advises campus constituents on issues management and media relations best practices and contributes news, features, social media and related content. A graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Jill has more than 12 years of communications and journalism experience having served as a television reporter in Sioux Falls and Lincoln, Nebraska, and working with local organizations in the areas of social media and public relations.

Elliot Nathan

Part of the Augustana family since 2018, Elliot's primary role is to drive engagement, traffic and interest to the university via various social media platfiorms. Elliot also serves as the main website (Augie.edu) gatekeeper, making sure the website is up to date, accurate and informative. After starting his Augustana career with Viking Athletics, Elliot joined the Office of Strategic Communications and Marketing team in 2020, and continues to work towards his goal of advancing and coordinating the internal and external vision of the university. A graduate of the University of Oregon, Elliot has more than a decade of experience in communication and digital media. A Minneapolis native, Elliot lives in Sioux Falls with his wife Brittney, son Beckett and Black Lab Jaxon.
