The partnership between Augustana University and HOPE Group Clinical provides the critical program component of supervised fieldwork experience. The VCS coursework outcomes (based on the BCBA 5th Edition Task List) have been closely aligned with Hope Group’s supervision curriculum to ensure that students receive in-depth exposure to concepts, principles, and practical applications within applied behavior analysis.

HOPE (Honoring and Optimizing the Potential in Everyone) Group was founded in 1997 by a family that struggled to find the necessary services for their young son, James, who was diagnosed with autism at the age of two. HOPE Group was established to support him and through the years has supported thousands of families and children. Since 1997, HOPE Group has provided various services to those diagnosed with developmental disabilities, including individuals with autism.
HOPE Group has provided supervision from Board Certified Behavior Analysts for over 20 years. Over the last few years, HOPE Group Clinical has specialized in providing the highest quality of Behavior Analytic supervision available in the state of Arizona and is thrilled to expand this supervision experience to those enrolled in Augustana’s M.Ed. SPED ABA program!
