The Augustana University School of Music is excited to announce a new camp offering for the Summer of 2023; the “ShowTime Showchoir Camp” offers students an immersive experience in all aspects of creating a show culminating in a costumed and fully-choreographed performance Friday evening for invited guests.

This year's choreographer is Mr. Nick Quamme. Quamme is a freelance choreographer raised in Holmen, Wisc. and now based in West Des Moines, Iowa. Nick has professionally trained and performed for the past 20 years in various areas of the performing arts, including musical theatre, studio dance and competitive show choir. Nick’s professional work is currently focused on show choir, choreographing for 25 different groups across the US. Nick was honored to be named the Fame Aspire Award’s Best New Choreographer in 2017, with nominations in 2016 and 2018. This spring, Nick is thrilled to be returning to the stage, performing as an Angel in “Kinky Boots” at the Des Moines Playhouse.
