In South Dakota, Augustana University tops the list as the four-year college whose students go on to earn the highest salaries after graduation, according to a new report from the Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce.
For May 2014 Augustana grads, the average
starting annual salary was more than $40,000.
The report used the U.S. Department of Education's College Scorecard to highlight the median earnings of students from more than 1,400 colleges 10 years after starting their studies.
“Rankings like these continue to illustrate why an Augustana education is a great investment that provides true value,” said Rob Oliver. “It’s also a testament to our passionate faculty and dedicated staff who work so hard to serve our students.”
