Contest Instructions
- Follow the De & Dave Knudson Center for Global Engagement on Instagram @augiecge
- Post photos to Instagram from any Spring 2025 - Spring 2026 study away experience you participated in using the hashtag #cgephotos26 and tagging @augiecge
- Email the photo, including your Instagram handle (if you have one) and desired caption to cge@augie.edu; we will post it for you.
- You may submit a short (one minute or less) video of your experience highlighting any or all of the photo categories.
- Finalists will be determined by a e & Dave Knudson Center for Global Engagement panel of judges.
- Finalists must email high-resolution versions of the selected photos to cge@augie.edu and include the location and a brief description of the photo.
- Ten finalists will be selected in each category. Finalists’ photos will be displayed in the Morrison Commons. The Augustana community will vote to determine the winners in each category. Finalists with the most votes in each category will receive a cash prize, and the finalist who gets the most votes overall will receive the grand prize!

For Study Away Students
- Vikings Away — featuring you and/or your classmates away
- Local Culture — capture local sites, scenes and people
- Send Me There — showcase the scenery and inspire others to want to go there
- Your Classroom — photos of your professor(s), classmates and/or site visits
For International Students
- Snapshot of America — the American experience by Augustana international students
