How to request a transcript from Augustana College:

If for some reason you are unable to use the above form, please send a letter, fax or email that must include the following information:
- Your name(s) while you were at Augustana.
- Your birth date, social security and/or student identification numbers.
- The approximate dates of attendance.
- Where you want the transcript(s) sent.
- Your written signature must be on the letter, fax or scanned message.
If you have a current login and password for my.augie.edu, you can request an official paper copy of your transcript without submitting a paper request and signature. Go to the Transcript Request portlet to order your transcript. There is a $2 processing fee for electronic ordering.
The Registrar’s Office is pleased to offer electronic transcript delivery. In partnership with SCRIP-SAFE® International, Augustana College is now able to provide official transcripts delivered through eSCRIP-SAFE® to network recipients or outside the network (OneTime®) to third parties. Please read the following before completing your transcript request:
Network Delivery- Before completing your transcript request; please check the network recipients to see if your intended receiver is a member of the electronic network. If the recipient is in the network, please insert their name on your order form and check electronic network recipient. [The recipient list is updated each Monday].
OneTime® Delivery- If your intended recipient is not a network member and you wish to deliver your transcript electronically, this method may be used. Receivers are designated and identified by you, the requestor, through the recipient’s email address.
You should always notify your intended recipient they will be receiving important email messages regarding the electronic delivery of your transcript. To insure delivery of these important email messages, please inform the recipient to add the domain name of @escrip-safe.com to their safe-sender email list.
OneTime® receivers must complete a simple registration for each transcript delivered through eSCRIP-SAFE®. There is no software installation for any receiver. A copy of the free Adobe Reader 7.0, or higher, must be installed on the recipient’s computer. The receiver has three options to retain the transcript: (1) save to the institution's document imaging system; (2) save electronically as a PDF document; or (3) print to paper.
There is a $5 processing fee for official electronic transcripts. If you wish to not pay the $5 fee, you may still request a paper copy of your transcript be sent by sending your signed request form to our office. We are no longer able to e-mail unofficial transcripts. The only way to have a transcript sent electronically is through eScrip-Safe.
eSCRIP-SAFE official electronic transcripts require you to either order your transcript by logging on to https://my.augie.edu (All current and recently former students with an active login and password should use this option for faster delivery), or going directly to http://www.iwantmytranscript.com/augie.
If you order through my.augie.edu you will not need to submit a signature page – your request will be processed immediately. If you do not log on to the portal, you will be required to send (one time) a signature page to Scrip-Safe via fax, email or postal mail. Your request will be processed once your signature page has been received by Scrip-Safe.
