Calling all young explorers and future scientists! Join us for a summer adventure where young explorers will step into the world of archaeologists and uncover the secrets of the past through hands-on activities.
Participants will learn how archaeologists excavate sites, identify artifacts and piece together clues about past civilizations and cultures. Kids will participate in mock excavations, artifact collection and analysis, as well as interactive games designed to spark curiosity and imagination.
Throughout the camp, students will:
- practice real excavation techniques;
- discover and analyze replica artifacts;
- learn about social processes;
- explore ancient tools, pottery and cultural history;
- create archaeology-themed crafts and projects; and,
- work as a team to solve historical mysteries.
This camp encourages critical thinking, creativity, teamwork and a love of history and science in a fun and engaging environment. Whether your child already loves history or simply enjoys adventure and discovery, our camp offers an unforgettable summer experience!
