Roman Catholic students are always welcome in the Office of Faith & Spiritual Life, and they are supported by St. Patrick Newman Club (the Newman Club). The Newman Club is located at Christ the King Catholic Church, located just a few blocks away from Augustana's campus. Newman Clubs are known at universities throughout the world as Catholic college ministries, named after St. John Henry Newman for his extensive academic work in 1800s England teaching the Catholic faith.
Newman Nights take place on Sundays at 5:30 p.m at Christ the King, which include evening prayer in the sanctuary with a free student dinner to follow. The Voyage is a Bible Study that meets at Christ the King on Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m.
