Admission Requirements

Augustana utilizes a holistic review process; however, applicants should have a minimum 2.7 GPA on a 4.0 scale and a minimum 470 Evidence-Based Reading and Writing subscore on the SAT, 6.0 overall on the IELTS, 79 iBT on the TOEFL, or 105 on the Duolingo English Test.

Entry Terms and Application Deadlines

Students may begin studies at Augustana for Fall Semester (late August) or for Spring Semester (early February).  Augustana considers applicants on a rolling basis beginning approximately one year in advance of entry term.  The application deadline for Fall Semester is June 1 and the deadline for Spring Semester is November 1.

We offer more than 100 majors, minors, and pre-professional programs at the bachelor’s level, including programs in computer science/software engineering, data science, a dual degree engineering program, business, finance, psychology, and many more.

AU is pleased to offer merit-based scholarships ranging from $15,000 to $25,000 per year, depending on a student’s academic qualifications.  Students are automatically considered for scholarships as part of their application for admission.  AU does not offer need-based financial aid.
