Giving Day 2022

Augustana University is excited to announce that its sixth annual Giving Day will take place on Friday, May 13 — a 24-hour fundraising event that encourages alumni, parents, staff, faculty, coaches, administrators and friends to “Make an Impact.

An investment on Giving Day ensures that Augustana can continue to make strides in the university’s strategic plan Viking Bold: The Journey to 2030, and carry out its mission to provide an education of enduring worth. A gift to The Augustana Fund provides essential resources to support mission-critical priorities at the university. Thanks to the philanthropic support of our alumni and friends, Augustana is able to provide 100 percent of our students with financial aid and/or scholarships.

“Giving Day is a great opportunity for the Augustana community to come together and make a meaningful impact for our students, campus and university. We are excited and energized by the initiatives for this year. We look forward to another record-breaking Giving Day and extend our gratitude to all those who support Augustana,” said Associate Vice President for Development Jon Mammenga.

Through The Augustana Fund, Giving Day 2022 allows the Augustana community to “Make an Impact” in several additional areas in need of support, including:
