Through the use of these forms, Augustana can respond to complaints, and track and address reports effectively and efficiently.

- Before filing a complaint with SDBOR, please file through Augustana's internal complaint process. Students who are unable to find satisfaction with Augustana's internal complaint process may file a complaint with the SDBOR.

- Navigate AU Alerts (fielded by the Student Success Center, Dean of Students Office or De & Dave Knudson Center for Global Engagement)

- Use this form to communicate concerns for a student's well-being or potential code of conduct or sexual misconduct (Title IX) violations (fielded by the Dean of Students Office)
