Biography
Beth Nixon comes to Augustana from Denver, Colorado — bringing more than 30 years of human resources leadership experience in the non-profit and health care sectors. Most recently, Nixon served as chief human resources officer at AllHealth Network — a nonprofit behavioral health organization. Throughout her career, she has led initiatives focused on employee engagement, leadership development, organizational culture, talent management and strategic workforce planning.
