Biography
Chris Knutson earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in digital art & design with a specialization in production animation from Dakota State University. Knudson first became involved in esports in 2016 as a production manager for HeroesHype — a volunteer organization for Heroes of the Storm created by Blizzard Entertainment. This lead to Knutson working directly with Blizzard for their grand finals for the Heroes Global Championship (HGC) at BlizzCon in Anaheim, California in 2017 and 2018. In 2023, Knutson began working with Augustana part time as the team manager for the AU Esports Program before taking over as director in 2024. Previous to joining Augustana, Knutson was the lesson program manager at Popplers Music in Sioux Falls.
