Biography
Dr. Jaekyo Seo joined Augustana University in 2021 with a background in human resources and management. He teaches management courses, including Human Resource Management, Project Management and Business Ethics. Seo's research interests include leadership, organization development and business ethics. He has published articles in journals such as "Human Resource Development Review," "Human Resource Development Quarterly," "European Journal of Training and Development" and "Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources." Prior to transitioning to academia, Seo worked in diverse positions for more than ten years for a multinational company in South Korea.
