Jennie Flage

Biography 

Jennie Flage serves in the Augustana Office of Human Resources, where she supports accurate and compliant payroll processing for faculty, staff and student employees. Her work includes payroll administration, reporting and collaboration across departments to ensure timely and reliable pay practices.

Prior to joining Augustana, Flage spent five years working in payroll within a hospital setting, where she supported complex payroll operations in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment. That experience shaped her strong attention to detail, focus on compliance and commitment to accuracy.

Flage is dedicated to process improvement and clear communication and enjoys finding ways to make payroll systems more efficient and user-friendly while supporting the university’s operational needs.
