Biography
Dr. Li Sun joined the faculty in the Sharon Lust School of Education at Augustana University in August 2016. She earned a doctoral degree in curriculum and instruction with an emphasis in mathematics education from the University of Houston. Prior to joining the faculty at Augustana, she was a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Houston and worked as a certified mathematics quality of instruction (MQI) rater for Harvard University. Sun was the recipient of the 2017-2018 Carole Bland Cultivating Faculty Excellence Award and 2020-2021 Jane & Charles Zaloudek Faculty Research Fellowship.
