Biography
Dr. Suzanne Smith provides data, analysis and reporting to inform university policy and support strategic planning and decision-making processes. With the Augustana Research Institute, Smith directs cross-sector measurement, analysis and knowledge management research for communities and organizations on behalf of the university. She also directs the Beacom Research Fellows Program, through which Augustana University students partner with local community-improvement organizations to complete collaborative research projects. Smith was previously Director of Research and Evaluation for the National Association for Urban Debate Leagues.
