Music Summer Camps

Vocal Jam Camp is an exciting choral music experience where kids come together to sing, learn and connect through the power of their voices. In partnership with the Sioux Falls Children’s Choir, campers will sing as a choir while learning how to blend, harmonize and perform confidently in a group while building strong vocal technique and healthy singing habits. Throughout the camp, students will rehearse songs in a variety of genres that culminate in a joyful performance for family and friends at the Levitt. Beyond the music, Vocal Jam Camp is about having fun, making new friends and discovering how singing together can inspire creativity, confidence and a lifelong love of music.

Join Levitt at the Falls and the Augustana University School of Music for Jazz Explorers Camp — an exciting summer experience where young musicians dive into the vibrant world of jazz. Campers will explore the history, rhythms and improvisation of jazz through hands-on sessions with expert educators, using voice, movement and instruments to grow their creativity and confidence. The week will culminate in a special live performance moment on the Levitt stage, where campers showcase their new skills and celebrate their jazz journey with family and friends.

Join Levitt at the Falls and the Augustana University School of Music for a dynamic summer camp experience, where music intertwines with community, fostering friendships, learning and musical inspiration. Camp participants will learn songwriting skills, build confidence and gain inspiration from local songwriters throughout the week with engaging programming hosted at Augustana. Levitt Songwriting Camp will culminate with a performance on the Levitt stage — showcasing the work of the campers alongside a professional musical artist as part of a Levitt Series concert event.
