Visit Augustana's on-campus merchandise store — Ole’s Outlet. Ole's Outlet, located on the first floor of the Morrison Commons, is a merchandise store managed by the university. The store sells Augustana-branded merchandise, along with some school supplies.

More customized Augustana University apparel can be ordered via Lands' End at AU's branded online store — a storefront designed to make shopping for workwear and accessories quick and easy. 

Periodically, Augustana programs have their customized apparel available online for purchase via Dakota Sports/Dakota Lettering.

Mail services, including mailboxes, textbook and package pickup, are located in the Nelson Service Center — home to Augustana Creative Services.

Please note the following Mailroom hours and service details during the holiday break:

Monday, Dec. 22 - Friday, Dec. 26 | Closed

Incoming mail from USPS, UPS, FedEx and Amazon will not be processed during this time. When we return on Monday, Dec. 29, please allow extra time for processing.

Monday, Dec. 29 - Wednesday, Dec. 31 | Open 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Mail will be delivered on campus.

Please plan ahead for any outgoing mail. To ensure items are sent out by the end of the day on Wednesday, Dec. 31, mail must either:

• be returned with the campus courier when she visits your building, or
• be delivered to the Nelson Service Center Mailroom by 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 31.

Thursday, Jan. 1, and Friday, Jan. 2 | Closed

The Mailroom will resume normal business hours on Monday, Jan. 5.

Mail/Package Pickup

• When you have mail or a package is ready for pickup, you will receive an email from packages@augie.edu. Your student ID is required for pickup.
• Not sure of your AU address? Go to the "Student Info" tab on the my.augie.edu portal and click "View your residence information."
• Amazon lockers are located on Wagoner Student Street.

The Augustana Online Bookstore — created in partnership with Akademos, Inc. and powered by TextbookX — operates completely online, and students are able to have their textbooks shipped to their home or campus address, while digital course material is emailed to them. The online bookstore offers new, used, eBook and rental textbooks, along with the ability to post and sell textbooks on the website's marketplace.

Students who have their textbooks delivered to Augustana's campus can pick them up with a photo ID at the Nelson Service Center.
