Campus Ministry 2023-24

The Augustana University Office of Faith & Spiritual Life offers students many opportunities to grow in faith and serve the neighbor, which include:

  • Bible Studies, such as Thursday Nights Together (TNT)
  • Faith Fest
  • Lenten Faith Partners
  • Senior Sermons and a variety of speakers from the AU community
  • Serving meals to those in need at The Banquet
  • Worshiping with inmates at the South Dakota State Penitentiary
  • Caring for the homeless with Church on the Street
  • Leading bilingual ministry with Pueblo de Dios
  • Service-learning trips, such as Pine Ridge Reservation, New York City, U.S./Mexico border
  • Paid positions on Chapel Staff or Interfaith Council
  • Email devotional
  • Sharing musical gifts in worship
  • Pre-seminary and vocational discernment
  • Sophomore Retreat
  • Interfaith Chai & Chat
  • Visits to local faith communities
  • Religious celebrations & observances (Ramadan, Diwali, Holi, Ash Wednesday, etc.)
