Ph.D. in Materials/Inorganic Chemistry, 2022, University of Pittsburgh; B.S. in ACS Chemistry, 2016, University of South Dakota

Dr. Zachary Schulte teaches general chemistry and physical chemistry at Augustana University. He earned a Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in inorganic/materials chemistry. There, he synthesized novel multicomponent metal-organic frameworks for applications involving drug delivery, gas separations and proton conductivity. His research interests include the rational design and synthesis of multifunctional metal-organic frameworks and studying their interactions with various guest species.
