Augustana has been ranked a Top 5 Regional University in the Midwest in Best Value for the second year in a row by U.S. News & World Report’s 2025 Best College Rankings.

Augustana University students Azam Shaik ‘25 and Gabi Jancikova ‘25 were crowned the 2024 Viking Days Royals at coronation on Wednesday, Oct. 2, in the Elmen Center. This is the first time in Augustana’s history that both royals are international students.

The Eide/Dalrymple Gallery at Augustana opens “The Augustana Faculty Biennial,” showcasing recent works by university art instructors and faculty, as well as faculty emeriti. The exhibit will be on view through Thursday, Nov. 7, and a gallery reception will take place from 7-9 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 25, with artist talks at 7:30 p.m.
