Augustana to Offer Strength & Conditioning Major in Fall 2024
Augustana University will offer a major in strength & conditioning beginning in the fall. Based within the School of Health Professions, the program is set to be the first in South Dakota accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Strength and Conditioning Education (CASCE).
At Home Far Away: Alumnus-Founded Norwegian Church to Host Augustana Homecoming Worship Service
In September 2023, Augustana celebrated 100 years of homecoming on campus. At the end of May, Augustana will bring the celebration to Oslo. From Friday, May 31-Sunday, June 2, AU alumni, staff and friends will gather in Norway’s capital to celebrate community, alumni achievement and tradition — including a special worship service.
Augustana University Begins Phase II of Renovations to Morrison Commons
Augustana is beginning more renovations to its Morrison Commons, located on Commons Drive on the university’s campus. In partnership with Sodexo — AU’s food service and facilities management partner — construction on phase II of the approximately $5 million project is expected to be complete when students return in the fall.

Augustana University is extremely proud to announce the graduating Class of 2024. A total of 354 students earned baccalaureate degrees and 135 students earned a graduate degree from the university.
