Biography
Dr. Md Kibria teaches course in data analytics and management information systems at Augustana. He earned a Ph.D. in information systems at the University of Toledo in Ohio in 2023. His research focuses on emerging and disruptive technologies, including blockchain, big data analytics, artificial intelligence and fintech. He is also interested in overlapping these research areas with supply chain management and sustainable development. Kibria has co-authored several journal articles. He has attended and presented papers at premium conferences in IS and SCM domains, including AMCIS, DSI, POMS and INFORMS, as well as chaired several sessions at these conferences.
